Parenting is both the most rewarding and most challenging of experiences. Keeping ourselves grounded can be extremely difficult and there are many great tools on the internet that can be helpful in reducing stress while increasing the capacity for parenting. It is important for us as adults to find a balance between 'plugging in' and staying informed, and 'unplugging' when we notice that we are becoming overwhelmed or stressed.
