Keeping ourselves grounded can be extremely difficult and there are many great tools on the internet that can be helpful in reducing stress and increasing capacity for parenting. It is important for us as adults to find a balance between 'plugging in' and staying informed, and 'unplugging' when we notice that we are becoming overwhelmed or stressed.
