Amherst Pediatrics Cell Phone Policy
Amherst Pediatrics recognizes there are times when you may need to use your cell phone while inside our office. However, for the protection of our patients, families, and visitors within the office or exam rooms, unsolicited, not mutually agreed upon audio and/or video recording is strictly prohibited. Audio and/or video recording within our office is in violation of standard HIPAA privacy practices, and is grounds for immediate removal and dismissal from our practice.
